Beautiful, Spacious Home 3 Miles from Pismo Pier

This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1800 sq ft home is spacious, luxurious, professionally decorated, and absolutely stunning. Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

The huge 2nd bdrm is a great place for reading in our hammock chair or for a quiet work space. Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Country house surrounded by trees with many windows, wooden floors, lovely kitchen, large sunroom, and huge deck. All located just minutes from Pismo, Grover, Shell and Avila Beach, hot springs, hiking areas, wineries, golf courses, Lake Lopez, ATV riding & outlet shopping, Trader joe's and many other stores. San Luis Obispo is a lovely city just minutes north. and Hearst Castle is less than an hour's drive North. Conveniently situated off the 101 freeway, a nice retreat from the big city.

Getaway at the Highlands+Heated Pool+Hot Tub

With; vineyards, avocado fields, wildlife and the ocean in view, this house is the perfect spot for your family vacation. We have remodeled the inside of the house and are finishing up a very beautiful in ground jacuzzi and play area for the kiddos. There will be a fee to run the heater in the jacuzzi.
