Due to the convenient location of The Courtyard, it is a short walk to pubs, restaurants and tea rooms . A 10/15 minute walk to Shanklin seafront with cafes, arcades, crazy golf and sandy beaches. Shanklin town and bus links are in close proximity to the flat.

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Steephill sleeps two people and space for an infant. The entrance door opens in to the hallway with doors off to the accommodation. There is a storage cupboard an iron and ironing board. The sitting/dining room is situated to the front of the building with panoramic views over Shanklin town, the sweep of the downs and glimpses of the sea. The room is comfortably equipped with soft furnishings, dining table and chairs, a smart TV with freeview and video streaming.
