The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

Located in a corner of a beautiful garden set deep in the West Wight countryside, The Annexe is a detached brand new build in a gorgeous rural setting near Yarmouth, right on the popular Isle of Wight Cycle Route. We are surrounded by fields, yet close to so many of the wonderful Isle of Wight "must-see" places; stunning beaches, beautiful downland and forests, peaceful harbours and lively towns. Perfect for walkers too as our home is on the Hampstead Trail with very little traffic around us.

Chocolate Box Thatched Cottage

Grants Cottage is a gorgeous, consistently 5-star-rated chocolate box thatched cottage in one of the Island's prettiest villages, and just under 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the west Wight. There is a large and secure dog-friendly garden, an Aga, woodburner and sumptuous furnishings. Wifi, books, DVDs, Smart TV, games and well-equipped kitchen; perfect for summer or cosy winter breaks. Super king-sized beds and high quality bed-linen and towels.

Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.

Fields View is a family friendly, detached bungalow sleeping 4-6 guests in king-size and twin bedrooms plus sofa bed. Travel cot available for one infant. It is situated on Eades Farm, Newbridge, 9 miles from Newport and 5 miles from Yarmouth. The sea is an 8 mins drive. Beautiful country and woodland views are enjoyed from most rooms in this recently refurbished home. Original artwork and prints are featured. Enclosed garden. Ferry discounts available.
