Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. The Pool House is a modern, stylish and luxurious space and has the private use of the sparkling swimming pool. Its a great place to relax, go out and eat, order in or BBQ. If you wish, use the space for a pilates / yoga workout or sit back and catch up on your favourite movies and shows or just float in the pool. It is a 3 minutes to from Scarborough's village and beach, with restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, walking and cycling tracks. Escape from the everyday and treat yourself.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
