There are two single-beds and one double, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living-room. There are two bathrooms. The balcony with table and chairs catches the sun all day! It's stylish and spacious - a perfect getaway location, traveling for business, or a trip with the family to nearby Emerald Park.

Connected to our house yet entirely private, it has its own entrance, driveway parking, a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, though no separate living room. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
