We had a wonderful stay in Perar—peaceful and surrounded by lush tea gardens. The host was responsive, and the caretaker team was always helpful. Amma cooked delicious meals, and Stephen took us on a hidden forest trail that led to a stunning mountain view. We also loved the tea factory tour and the visit to Stephen’s carrot farm. Highly recommended for a quiet, nature-filled getaway!

As we were travelling with senior citizens, could cook our meal. cooker was not there. but caretaker organized upon request quickly. Our stay at Muttikkal's Place (Manjus Family Destination) in Elk Hills, Ooty, was absolutely fantastic! We group of 5 friends had a great pleasant and calm stay at Yonu’s place. The house has a lot of space , all utensils for cooking and extra beds for all the members. A great spot at Kotagiri and you will get all shops, top bakery like Moody’s, markets and Elite shops within just 2km range.

Our stay was incredibly relaxing, surrounded by nature, and made even more special by the exceptional care we received. Mr. and Mrs. Suresh went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. Stay is in beautiful surroundings covered with tea estates and scenic views. It is very clean. Food is like homemade and tasty. Finally staff is very polite and responsive to all our needs immediately.
