Kept all original, and decorated in unique artworks this place is perfect for two and it comes with a kitchen, a bathroom and a cozy bedroom, living area, as well as outdoor dining area, grill/firepit, second bathroom with a shower and laundry in a nearby room, and parking.

This home is ready for your stay, whether it's to visit family & friends, or in town for work, you will feel right at home. You will enjoy your stay at this centrally located place with fast food restaurants and gas stations less than a mile away. Vons is a 3 minute drive going West on Imperial Avenue. Walmart is about a 6 minute drive going south. And a hospital is also about an 8 minute drive going south as well. There is also quick access to the 111 express way going North on Western Ave.

The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.
