This was such a unique Air BnB and one of the most charming we have ever stayed at! The decor was early 20th century Parisian and offered beautiful spots indoors for cute pictures! I had no idea it was a local famous AirBnB! I booked it based on price and proximity to the Falls! Not even a 1mile directly from the front door to Maid of the Mist. It was so convenient to park on the street for free (observe her guidance for street parking!) There were several tasty restaurants near by all walkable and easy to get on the main road to go to Wegmans or Walmart. And if you’re a runner make sure to bring your running shoes. Trails easily accessible from her front porch! Shelia herself was very sweet! We saw her on the way out due to us arriving late and needing to let ourselves in. Enjoy her collage artworks too which are throughout! Her artistic abilities create the most beautiful Air BnB!

My family and I had an amazing time here. It was absolutely beautiful, we’d definitely be very happy to stay here again. John was an host, he was very friendly!

Loved our stay here. Peaceful neighborhood with restaurants, gas & grocery store all within walking distance. Thoughtful amenities throughout the apartment. Very pleased with our stay & about 35 min to Niagara Falls. Would stay here again!

My Fiance and I had a great time. Kelly suggestion really paid off. We were close to Niagara Falls and the outlet. Ate at a cute place for breakfast called Marketside. Will definitely be back again. Thank you again Kelly!

Brian was extremely an attentive and helpful host. He answered any questions and concerns I had and offered valuable suggestions and advice regarding our stay in Buffalo. He was incredibly prompt with his replies and checked in on us throughout our stay. The house is located 20-30 minutes from Highmark Stadium which made it super easy to get to the Bills game.

I booked the place for my mother and her friends, they had the sweetest time at Maria’s place. Beautiful, clean home and lovely outdoor area with all the amenities you need to have a great time. Overall short but amazing experience for anyone who wants to visit the Niagara Falls and come back to a place that feels like home away from home. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you

The apartment was great, my family of four really enjoyed using it for our home away from home to see Niagara Falls for the first time. It was also very close to arcade, laser tag, go kart, mini golf, fossil digging and the zoo. Great place and perfect for cooking to save on costs as well. Thanks, Beth

We had a wonderful experience here. The location was convenient. The apartment was well appointed and tidy. Rico was a great host and responsive. The clear instructions and labeling led for a smooth stay.

My family and i had a wonderful time, the house is very cozy and the area is quite, by car it’s only like 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls. Would defend stay there again

The minute we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The beds were warm and comfortable. Our granddaughter was impressed with the phone charging port on the headboard. I was impressed with the filter water pitcher in the fridge! Paul was very responsive and his instructions clear. This apartment is on the second floor of an older home. No problem for our 77 year old knees, but something to keep in mind. We felt quite secure with the digital lock on the front door and one on our apartment. Would love to stay there again!

great value. The apartment is no frills but clean and as described. The host was helpful when needing to extend reservation. We would stay here for a short trip again. Depending on your needs long term stays may require you to bring more basic kitchen/cleaning products as there was not many staples included.

Lisa was very communicative and understanding of our last minute need to shorten our trip. Visited in the off season so the town was not very active. Sure it's beautiful and full of life in the summer! The place could've been cleaner but overall a great stay with a hot tub!

We had an incredible stay at Denise's place! It was wonderful to find Roku TV already there so we didnt miss our favorite series. The beds were also very comfortable and cozy which helped us in getting rest after eventful days at the falls. My mother and sister both appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and we all liked the snack selections. Thank you very much for a nice comfortable stay at a very nice and clean property!

My group and I stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip. We travail with my pet (dog). The house was close to work and was able to come home for lunch. We don’t get that often. Todd was a great host. He and his co-listers were quick to respond to all messages. The house still has some of the original details; such as, the old mail receptacles in the front entrance of the home. I can appreciate keeping the integrity of the home. Sidenote, there is only one central unit for the entire over and under home. Bathroom stayed on the cooler side. I travel with the fan and we were able to find a heater in the basement. Very close to the falls!! Over all great place. Thanks for hosting us.

Denise was incredibly responsive and always willing to help. The condo had a bunch of small amenities that were a nice touch (pads/tampons; new toothbrushes; q-tips; snacks; wine, etc.). We were visiting family and it was very conveniently located for us; it's also pretty close to the Falls if you're there visiting for that.

My husband and I stayed at Todd’s place for four nights. Coming from a rural area I was concerned about the noice of the city, but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. We enjoyed some down time at the house and the hot tub on the cold nights. It was nice not having to travel far to see Niagara Falls! Thank for allowing us to stay at your home!
