The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Lodge Cottage

The Lodge is beautiful and stylish and truly is a 'home from home' for our guests and guarantees a comfortable and cosy stay. This charming property benefits from incredibly comfortable beds, log burning fire, free WIFI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed outdoor spaces and a private drive. The Lodge is conveniently located next door to the village shop, a short walk from two village pubs and also benefits from having an abundance of countryside walks right on your doorstep.

Situated in a private location in the historic grounds of what used to be the National Church School in Blidworth, we are close to Robin Hood's legendary Sherwood Forest and a great base for cyclists and walkers. Ideal for couples or business travellers. Excellent pubs, restaurants & shops within walking distance. Off-road parking for one vehicle, wifi, good transport links to M1 and Nottingham.

The Laurels - a peaceful spot in village location

The Laurels offers one storey comfortable accommodation for young families; adults; and those wanting to explore the surrounding area. The lounge/dining room with patio doors overlooks the large, south facing, enclosed garden. As grandparents to a number of young children, we have toys and games for your use. 1 cot and 2 cotbeds are available by prior arrangement for young families and will easily fit as extras in the bedrooms. Sorry no pets / no smoking inside the property!
