Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. We are located 2.2 miles from Killeavy Castle Estate and Slieve Gullion Forest Park, where you can find the Giants' Lair and adventure play park. The busy towns of Newry and Dundalk are 8 miles away. It is a 55 min drive to Dublin and a 40 min drive to Belfast.

Loft @ Mournes sweep to the Sea

This is a self contained loft space with its own entrance, while still being part of our home. It has its own ensuite shower room, a small kitchen/dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and a 2-ring portable hot-plate. Please note….. it does NOT have an oven. It also has a settee & satellite TV. There is also access to our WiFi Internet.
