Newly updated, tastefully decorated, bright and sunny Antique home within walking distance to Newport's town green and eclectic downtown. The main floor features a cozy living room with a unique 3 season sunroom, open concept and spacious dining and kitchen area, a half bath and a nook that overlooks the peaceful backyard. Large windows throughout showcase the changing seasons. Three bedrooms and a good sized full bath are all located on the second floor.

Bartlett's Blueberry Farm Yurt

Our 24' yurt is located on our family-run blueberry farm (pick your own mid-July to late Aug) with views of Mt Sunapee. Nestled between Newport and Sunapee you will have access to the area's highlights, Lake Sunapee and Mt Sunapee, but will enjoy the peaceful nature of being tucked back in the woods on our farm. Please note that we're only accepting bookings from May to end of October as the yurt is not winterized.
