Our sweet apartment is a 5 min walk to the Path station, which is a 10 minute ride to NYC! With a lovely balcony lots of sunlight spills into the apartment. Catch a sunset or have dinner on the balcony! The interior is artfully decorated, with a homey feel. The location cannot be beat. You'll read it in each review, there's no better located BNB! Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. This all wood, 3rd floor studio is right in the center of town. Tons of restaurants, bars, theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all just a few min walk away. Located in a quiet rear building in the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood, this apartment is on the 1st floor (the owners live on the top two floors). The apartment has a full kitchen and wifi, and is entered through a lovely courtyard garden that guests can enjoy in good weather, which has chairs and a picnic table.
