perfect place in the middle of a whole variety of things. ian is very helpful with the area and all its attractions. the apartment itself is kept very clean and stocked. perfect for a weekend trip for 2 and with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance definitely a solid stay.

Great stay! Exactly as described and right in the middle of everything. Parking was a huge plus - and Jeff let us park early and offered us the spot after check out if we needed it. Very responsive - checked in on us to make sure we were set. Excellent spot - would recommend!

Jay has a very unique and cool spot. Highly recommend to anyone who'd like to explore Newport. Barley had to use a car while visiting because of the great location. Had a very good time.

The studio was just as described and situated in such a peaceful area. The place was clean and was exactly what we needed for one night in Newport. also, Sue was very communicative and helpful! We would definitely book again for a longer stay!

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Cozy, clean and fully functional. At the top of the stairs outside the front door there is a small terrace with chairs that has an amazing view and is amazing for morning coffee or an afternoon read. The place is small, but comfy and pleasant. The furniture is in good shape but not new, so not the ascetic Ikea style of some rentals. I have recommended it already to relatives who sometimes need a small place for short stays in Jamestown.

It was all that was advertised and more. Cute , clean, well decorated and all the comforts of home.

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

Stayed in this house for a long weekend and it was wonderful! It’s a very comfortable house with ample bathrooms and a perfect location. It’s easy to get into town and very close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, the beds are comfortable and clean, the entire house was very spotless. If you’re looking for a nice getaway in Newport, this house will be good to you!

Joe was extremely helpful and flexible both at check-in and checkout. The house is very clean and comfortable , we were 4 and our small dog. It is situated on a very quiet street.The backyard is great , it leads to a river that you can paddle (in season, we were there for thanksgiving). The house is an easy 25 minutes from Newport , you will need a car to do things in the area. The driveway easily accommodates 2 cars. We will probably come back, but in the warmer months!

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

What a lovely retreat! Spacious and sunny getaway on the shores of a pond, this was the perfect location to relax and unwind for us. The house was sunny, with a lovely pond view. It was private and peaceful. Alyssa was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and went above and beyond when I gave her a heads up about a tiny issue. Great process and thoughtful host. We were 20-30 minutes from our favorite activities in Newport and a few minutes' drive from yummy restaurants in Tiverton.

38 Lauderdale was am excellent house. It was in great condition, and very clean. All amenities were provided Darius was a great host. He was very responsive during the rental process, and fully met the requests I had I would definitely want to work with Darius again, and recommend this rental

Comfortable house with nice layout downstairs. Beautiful view. Love the 2 decks and water front space. Very peaceful to drink coffee in the AM looking at the water. Rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lucy quickly responds to questions.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

Condo is beautiful as is The view and location. Jennifer was quick to respond and a great host. Neighborhood is filled with great restaurants. Definitely going to stay there again in the future...
