You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Close to Beaches, All Newport Activities. Pets Ok!

Pack your suitcase! This sunny, two-bedroom, second-floor seaside rental has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There is plenty to do, all close enough to walk or within a 5-minute ride: sightsee, shop, enjoy some of the best restaurants and clubs. Walk one the many nature trails. Play golf at some of the best courses! Come back from the beach and enjoy refreshments on the deck off the master bedroom or relax in the yard and grill a steak. Oh yes, we are pet friendly!

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Private En Suite - Sachuest and Eastons' Beach

. Our home is located three minutes from Bellevue Avenue, abuts St Georges campus and is located between Easton's Beach in Newport and Sachuest Beach in Middletown. We are a one level California Ranch with a Private Entrance en Suite - a large bedroom, bathroom with a Private entrance and off street parking. My Husband and I can help make your stay here on the Island pleasant and trouble free with lots of recommendations. Perfect for Newport / Middletown Yachting, Wedding and Music events.

Period Elegance at a Central Downtown Newport Condo

Sit on a Cloud sofa by Restoration Hardware under a jewel-like stained-glass window. Dine in a high-ceilinged room as light dances off mirrors. A white and cool gray palette offsets the deep-honey toned, restored antique floor. Stroll from your door to almost everything Newport has to offer. Work remotely from your sparking-clean condo with high-speed internet. Please note that for medical reasons we are unable to host pets, service animals, or emotional support animals.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Home by the Sea

Private entrance to the full 1st floor with an ocean view in quiet neighborhood. The apartment features a bedroom with full sized bed, private bathroom, private living room with dining area, gas fireplace, tv and couch. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hot plate included are in the apartment. There also is an additional outdoor H/C shower, private patio and gas grill.

Spacious Suite in Newport Victorian

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Welcome to our Fonzie suite. Our room has a private, locked entrance, that leads to above the garage. The room offers bright colors and ample sunshine, with a "beachy" theme. That's because it's only a five minute walk to Easton's beach and the scenic Cliff Walk to the east. Heading west, it would take about ten minutes to walk to downtown Newport.
