Ideal Location on the Preserve - walk to it all!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walk to everything - restaurants, shopping, fitness, liquor store, coffee shops & more! Comfortably decorated w/ everything you will need to enjoy the mountains! Walk right out your door to the walking path along the Swaner Preserve, soak up the views from the hot tub, or just stay in and watch it all from the privacy of this mountain home. Great locals secret & starting point for everything in PC - minutes to anywhere you want to go!

Beautiful Mountain-Chic Getaway at Canyons

Relax in this beautifully designed two-level mountain condo at the base of Canyons. This family-friendly home has been thoughtfully designed, blending modern chic with a cozy rustic mountain feel, including vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace. Located a short walk to the Cabriolet lift, there is no better starting point for your mountain adventures. The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

Loft Unit w/ Hot Tub, WiFi, Balcony, & Free Pking

This studio-loft condo is located in the Prospector Complex which is an ideal location within Park City. There are 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

You will love the supreme convenience of this condo. It’s easily walkable to all of Redstones amenities! Restaurants, shopping, grocery, ice cream, theatre, liquor store. Also, easy access to trails and Swaner Nature Preserve. The light, bright open floor plan with new furniture boasts an over-sized attached one-car garage. The covered deck has a bbq and small/table chairs and enjoys views of Utah Olympic Park. 5 minute walk to free bus line that takes you to Main Street and DV.

We'd love to host you in our Studio apartment with queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa to fit 4 comfortably. Tons of natural light and views- windows ALL have full pull down shades for privacy as well. Locked Storage closet for skis, bikes or luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Community includes splash pad, soccer fields, playground, boardwalk trails and biking trails. Free transportation throughout Park City via High Valley Transit.
