Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Silverbirch Garden Cottage is located in the leafy suburbs of Newlands. It is a 20 min transfer to Cape Town International Airport, the centre of town and The V&A Waterfront. We are close to the Constantia Wine Farms, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and only a 25 minute drive to Clifton, Camps Bay and Muizenberg beaches. The lounge area has a beautiful view of the mountain. It is suitable for couples, solo people, and business travellers.
