It’s a banner year for icebergs which means the whales will be plentiful as well. We’ve seen a few seals on our shores basking in the sunshine. The evenings are getting longer and spring is in the air. CBS is well known for its beautiful sunsets and beaches. Perfect for a beach fire. A stroll along our rugged coastline. Three bedroom, three bathroom house in St. Johns, located ten minutes from downtown. Upstairs includes an open concept kitchen with dining area. Living room has two sofas with a large tv. Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, en-suite washroom with shower, walk-in closet and television. Second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs features a pool table/bar area, gym, laundry room, and third bedroom with a queen bed and tv. The patio in the backyard has a private hot tub and bbq.

Charming Home on the West Side of Downtown

This beautiful home is located in a sought after area in St. John's that is conveniently located close to downtown and the west end of St. John's. With sleeping space for up to four guests, you and your family can wake up each morning to the serene view of mature trees. The back yard is beautiful and the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. There is a lovely office that is perfect for work trips and also the second bedrooms Murphy bed can stow away for use of exercise equipment.
