Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. An experience not to be missed. Put your favorite movie on the projector, get Zen in the cozy sun room, jam out to music on the record player, or grab a towel, and head for the custom cedar hot tub. It is time to create core memories that will never be forgotten. Welcome to a little slice of heaven.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Built as our family's dream home in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, this handcrafted retreat sits on 5 private acres with stunning sunset views of Sutton Ridge. Minutes from Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, and Lake Willoughby, it's the perfect basecamp for adventure or relaxation. Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, game room, gas fireplace, and room for the whole family. We built much of the interior ourselves and are excited to share this special place with you!

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

NEK Adventure house- 10 min to kingdom trails

NEK adventure house is a unique A-frame style house located on 3.5 acres of property. It features a full kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, as well as a cozy living room space. This A-frame is located off of a private road and a peaceful area minutes from Kingdom trails, Burke mountain, VAST trail system and lake Willoughby. The house and property are fully available to guests. Come and enjoy.
