Conveniently located near the train station (25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service is up the block. No space shared

This's a family house with plenty of spaces that one would live in peace and harmony. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It's very safe, cleaned, and organized. I would prefer someone that can maintain the place throughout his/her entire stay. Most importantly, a non smoker! My place is very to close Valley Stream, Floral Park and Jamaica train stations. And it's less than 10 minutes away from JFK airport by car without traffic.

This is a private room located on the 3rd floor where you can relax and be at peace. This room accommodates 2 guests and has a queen size bed. ($45 for first guest and $35 for 1 additional guest) No parties, gatherings or smoking in the units. There is one camera located in the common area and at the main entrance.
