Franklin House - quiet country getaway

Completely restored 150 year old farmhouse located in the middle of 112 rolling acres of farmland. Beautiful views every direction. Original hand hewn beams, gas fireplace, new kitchen and bath. Uniquely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom has king bed. Located on quiet county road about 6 miles from Hillsboro. Close to Rocky Fork Lake, Amish community, and Paint Creek Lake State Park & ARC. WIFI, Smart tv. Sit on the porch to watch the sunset and deer graze! There is no washer/dryer.

Historical late 1800s Schoolhouse/Community Church

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Jesse Brooke Farm

Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a solo reset, or a week of remote work surrounded by nature, you’ll find the space to truly unplug or reconnect.

Green Plains Cabin

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

The Cabin Hillsboro, Ohio

Secluded, reclaimed log cabin. This hidden gem is a piece of the past with the comfort of modern amenities. Come sit a spell on either of the porch swings, enjoy a campfire by the pond, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, or soak in the hot tub. *Please note- We will have property around The Cabin being logged during September. This will be Mon-Fridays, approximately 7am-4pm only. Message us for more information/concerns. *Be sure to read house rules and other notes before booking.

Spring Street Bungalow

Downtown quaint 100+ year old home that has been modernized for your convenience. We hope you will enjoy our one bedroom home with a pull out single bed for your extra guest. Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee station to start your day. Private parking located in rear of home. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

Country Relaxation

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Stay a While | Warm & Cozy Bungalow

Step into a thoughtfully restored 1906 bungalow where historic charm meets modern comfort. Perfect for up to three guests, the space includes a comfortable queen bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area—ideal for couples, small groups, or solo travelers who want a little extra room. Located along historic Route 50, you’ll enjoy quick and convenient access to everything in Hillsboro, including local restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials—all just minutes away.

The Rocky Moose Cabin by Rocky Fork Lake

Come enjoy a getaway at this peaceful, unique cabin with convenient, easy access to Rocky Fork lake- just down the road from the boat ramp. Hiking trails, fishing, boating and playgrounds all within a few minutes drive. While this is a true disconnect and place of relaxation- we do have neighbors nearby. 10 minutes from Amish stores and bakery and 10 miles from downtown Hillsboro. Unwind at the end of your day in the hot tub. No pets or parties allowed.

Historic Downtown Suite | Walk to Everything

Stay in the heart of downtown Hillsboro in a private 2nd-floor suite inside historic Shipp Haus, built in 1891. Walk to local restaurants, shops, and the town square, then come home to a comfortable queen bedroom, living room, mini kitchen, full bath, and sunny sitting room. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Shipp Haus combines historic character with a comfortable, private stay in the heart of town.

College Street Cottage

Charming cottage within walking distance of the Wilmington College campus and conveniently located near many local attractions and landmarks. Two bedroom, one bathroom with full kitchen, dining room, living room, rear deck, and private drive. Amenities include WiFi, Roku TV's in bedrooms and living room, full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer, coffee bar, and many other comforts of home.
