Spotless, private two bedroom apartment, located in downtown New Port Richey. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Only 6 blocks from Main St., where you'll find restaurants, Sims Park, live theatre and plenty of night life choices. And our lovely local beach, Green Key, is only 3 miles away. This apartment is located in a triplex and I live in the back unit, and so I'm usually right there if needed.

Welcome to La Palma New apartments is very quiet place, WiFi , kitchen, free parking, close to the beach and nice Restaurant, 45 minutes from the Tampa Airport, 5 minutes to New Port Richey Downtown. Maximum of 2 Pets are allowed but there is $100 fee for pets, to stay in for a later checkout is a $20 fee.

Comfy Guesthouse # 1 - 4 miles to Clearwater Beach

We would love to welcome everybody to our little spot near Clearwater Beach. You are renting 1/2 of a duplex. The other half is also being rented. The property is about 100 yards from the amazing Pinellas trail and only 3.8 miles to Clearwater beach. Downtown Clearwater is only 1.9 miles away.
