The SugarShack at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River just steps away and enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Located on the Lakefalls Estate, which maintains the roads, Mended Oar features heated floors throughout, a well-furnished kitchen with quality appliances and equipment, and luxurious linens. Hike the many trails outside the door on the snowshoes you'll find, then come inside to enjoy the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and play a board game.

This is the best of pastoral Vermont, with outside living-dining space ( south facing deck and north facing screen porch).

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

Park our RV in your driveway for extra room! All the comforts of home with queen bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, AC/Heat, shower, TV/DVD, outdoor patio. Important to note this is for rent with the idea that you would pick up the RV and take to your home- NOT FOR RENT IN OUR DRIVEWAY.

Barn Door Hostel - Campground

Our campground is located on a beautiful open field, shared with other campers. There are 14 communal fire pits and picnic tables, 3 composting toilets, as well as 3 portalets and a swimming hole in the brook alongside the property. We also have potable water at our brand new well house on the field. Tents/car camping is ideal. This campground is not designed for pop-ups/RVs.

A Mountain Bike Getaway

Located right on Ski Hill Drive, this cozy "ski house" style home is less than a 2 minute pedal to the chairlift and XC network at Highland Mountain Bike Park. Ride in/ride out accommodations right by "America's Bike Park"! Other local XC/trail riding is within a 15 minute drive as well. This home is about 30 minutes from Gunstock Mountain and Loon Mountain.
