Stylish Apartment in the Art Museum Area with Parking

Step into a home where tall ceilings and windows create an abundance of space and light. Hardwood floors and wooden fixtures create a natural aesthetic that's accentuated by the chic potted plants, rug, and sleek decor. Spring Garden Historic District Inventory Designated 11 October 2000 Philadelphia Historical Commission Built c. 1875. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and stocked with: -Fresh linens & towels -Local Duross and Langel body wash, shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries -Coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks -Silverware, plates, mugs, pots & pans, and all the basic supplies you will need for cooking Access to the entire apartment and all common areas within the building. I can interact with you as little or as much as you would like. That is up to you. The home is situated in the heart of Philadelphia's Museum Area just steps away from site such as the Philadelphia Art Museum, Barnes Foundation, andThe Franklin Institute. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. By Car: Free Street Parking in the Spring Garden neighborhood on the weekends and after 6PM M-F. By Bus/Train: SEPTA’s Broad Street line will drop riders off directly on Fairmount’s eastern border, while a number of bus lines (the 48, 33, 32 and 7) shuttle to and from Center City. Girard Avenue’s 15 trolley can take you east to Northern Liberties and Fishtown. By bike or by foot: Biking is common (Indigo bike station 2 blocks away), walking more so, especially along Spring Garden Street & Fairmount Avenue. Heavily residential and graced with largescale attractions. This walk-up apartment is on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator, so walking up a flight of stairs is required. For your convenience this airbnb has a dedicated parking space located just behind the building. The space provided will accommodate most mid-sized vehicles but is not suitable for large vehicles such as Pick Up Trucks & Large Mini-Vans / SUVs (17ft Max)

Cranbury is a small scenic village about 15 minutes from downtown Princeton & the university. I am located on Main Street in the historic district in walking distance of restaurants, small shops, parks & a couple of tiny museums. The rental is a 1 room apartment over a detached garage. It includes a full bath & small kitchenette w/ fridge, microwave, coffeemaker w/ coffee & tea & other small appliances. 12 mins. to NYC & Phila. train 5 mins. Quiet one bedroom studio in Princeton downtown

This one bedroom studio is located in Princeton downtown area , you have your own entrance. Please note that there is no kitchen in the unit. The sofa chair bed can only fit small size people. 20 minutes walking to the University, 10 minutes walking to high school and middle school, 10 minutes walking to the shopping center. Close to fine dining, shopping, entertainment, theaters, museums, closeto popular spots such as Jay's Bikes, Small World Coffee, Hoagie Haven, and Blue Point Grill.

Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Former comic book and baseball card shop on main street in Pennsburg renovated into a mid-century haven. Queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette with stone countertops. Private key-code entrance in front. White picket fence lined yard in back is perfect for sitting on warm days. Walking distance to restaurants and food store. On-street parking. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.

1 bedroom apartment attached to our home with its own separate driveway and key code entrance. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Keyless entrance that leads to private apartment upstairs. One queen in bedroom and a huge sofa in the other room that could double as a sleep space in a pinch. Fun balcony that overlooks a lovely yard. Television that has cable and ROKU with many channels, and strong WIFI for computers. Plenty of parking. 15 minutes to Princeton.
