Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

My place is close to the M25 , 6 minutes from junction 11 and you can join the M3 and M4. A short distance from Windsor, Egham, Chertsey,Staines,for Thorpe Park, Ascot and Wentworth Not far from Shepperton and Longcross Studios. Easy to get to most places, no public transport in Lyne. You’ll love my place because It is nice and clean, comfortable and in a peaceful setting at the end of our garden. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Parking for 1 CAR. NO WORK VANS.

This stylishe apartment is perfect for a holiday . You will find everything you need for a perfect stay. One bedroom which contains a double bed and a sofa bed in living room. Location only 5 minuts walk from addlestone overground station. 40 minutes to London Waterloo and 20 minutes to Wimbledon. Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained double bedroom with ensuite, not a cottage with lots of rooms! Please read the full description and look carefully at the photos. Kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Very efficient electric wall heaters. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week.
