We loved our stay! The private beach was perfect for our kiddos - far enough away from the water that they could play independently in the sand while we sat on the beautiful deck. The kitchen had all the items we needed (we even took a virtual cooking class while there). Dmitry was super responsive and helpful. The master bedroom was a beautiful place to watch the sunrise/sunset.

This was our second stay at the Riverside Blues House and once again Liza did not disappoint! This is a great location, great view and the home is pristine and beautifully decorated. My son lives nearby and when we have a large group visiting the Riverside Blues House is our home away from home. Can't wait to stay there in the warm weather and take advantage of the Ferry!! Bill’s place provided a wonderful location for our family of seven to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean, uncluttered, and comfortable in every way. The kitchen had everything we could hope to find for meal preparation. The two sitting rooms provided delightful spots for reading, conversation or catching up on the television news. The upstairs bathroom was especially room and well-appointed. While it was winter when we visited, we could tell that this house would be a truly marvelous spot during the summer months as it had a great back deck and was truly only a hundred yards or so from a beach on the Long Island Sound. While it may not be the first choice of those who are on a tight budget, we recommend this home highly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Beautiful home Amazing amenities and extremely clean. Will be renting again as my daughter is at college close by! So nice to know we can come and stay somewhere that feels like home …

The place is stunning. The views and being right on the beach is priceless. We stayed with two kids and a dog. Would want to buy the place that is how much we loved it! Everything is there as described and more. The piano was great for the kids! Chelsea is super helpful and nice. Finally again an AirBnB that feels like home.

Our stay was perfect! The home was so clean and Denise even left us a baby gate for our 1 year old. Denise was very responsive and provided great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. There is a private beach across the street but we walked about .25 miles down the street to the Silver Sands State Park beach so that our 1 year old could play in more shallow water before high tide. We would highly recommend and will be back!

My adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful cottage! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for the three of us. The house and kitchen had all the essentials and we enjoyed the treats and complimentary food that Gail provided. We relaxed and strolled down to Indian Cove and Barbra Pine Memorial beaches. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend!

Such a cozy space!!! My small family really did enjoy our peaceful stay. I would definitely book again when in the area. I felt such peace and serenity sitting under the stars, in front of the crackling campfire. It was me and the hubby with 2 of our girls ages 10 and 16. They loved the hot tub and s’mores:). Returning guest, we had a wonderful weekend at Michelle's idyllic home. Plenty of space for our two families and 3 kids. The kids love having their own space in the "she shed" while the adults enjoy the lakeside views from both the yard and inside the spacious living area. The house is always immaculately clean. Beds and other furnishings are comfortable, and the house is an easy drive to everything the North Fork has to offer. We look forward to returning (again!) soon.

Our stay at the Lake House Cabin was nothing short of magical! This charming 1940s cabin offered the perfect backdrop for celebrating my wife's birthday with our adult children. The stunning views of the lake were a highlight, providing a serene and picturesque setting that made our family gatherings truly special. We loved the easy access to kayaks and a canoe, which allowed us to explore the water and create lasting memories together. The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with family and enjoy nature, I can't recommend this lake house highly enough. We left with full hearts and plans to return!

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

Everything about this stay was as near too perfect as possible. First Sean was proactive, quickly responded to any questions and his pre-visit communications were comprehensive. The pictures accurately describe the house but in reality, they do not do it justice. There are water views from every window. The place and views are amazing!! It is just what we were looking for, on the ocean, private and peaceful. Short drive to the village with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a couple who is looking for an escape, you will not be disappointed

We stayed here for 7 days with 2 small kids (2 and 4 years old) and wow was it amazing. The home is spacious and has everything we needed inside and outside the house. I could not have asked for anything else from the home and the dock was just so awesome to have, even caught 10+ fish right off the side. We rented a boat for a day from a marina and were able to come in and out of the backyard/house with no problems. I wish we could stay here for a whole month, but have to go back to real life!

What a gorgeous place! As other guests have noted, the photos just don’t do it justice. October is the perfect time to sit on the dock with some coffee and take in the fall foliage.. The house is super cute and well appointed, I think it might be the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Lots of lovely plates and glasses and festive little napkins and towels. This was a mom/daughter girls weekend, and everyone was impressed with the toiletries in the bathroom. The house was super clean and the beds were comfy, we can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovely 5-day stay at the cabin on the lake! It was just what we needed. When the weather was nice, we hung out on the dock - there was a hammock to relax in, chairs in the shed, boats to explore with (I went out in a kayak a few times). Lake was peaceful and pretty. The cabin itself was quirky and nice. Yes, hot inside during the days, but with the fully surrounding screened in porch, there was no need to stay inside! Even when it rained, we could be "outside" without being in the elements. The kitchen was well stocked, coffee at the ready, there were plenty of towels and sheets and bed (though we only needed one!), shampoo/ conditioner in the shower, wood ready for the fireplace, board games and more. Honestly, it had everything you'd want for a little getaway. The spot felt secluded while only 5 minutes away from a supermarket. [Okay, you could hear Rte 8 traffic a bit, but it served as calming white noise!] I'd definitely return again...

Carrie was very attentive and concerned about giving me the best instructions to make me feel at home. I didn't struggle to check-in and get settled. What ever question or concern I had she would answer me quickly and kindly. I recommend this beautiful place that will make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you for being an amazing host and being extremely caring, and sweet.

A few of us stayed at Mariana's for a girl's weekend to go to local events- and had a wonderful stay! The apartment was really aesthetic and perfect for a girl's trip, and we loved cooking in the kitchen as she had every appliance we needed, and loved the fireplace. Everything was cozy, well described, and had everything we could have needed! Mariana was friendly and helpful leading up to and during our stay. We'd recommend this for anyone wanting a cozy getaway!
