This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Come and relax in a traditional Newfoundland salt box. Located on Brinson’s Hill in the town of Winterton. Our home is period with modern touches. The harbour is a short walk where you can take in the scenic views and the smell of the sea air. Winterton is located on Trinity Bay. Home to the Wooden boat museum. Located in Bay Roberts this secluded coastal cottage is a new build that offers rustic charm with a modern twist along with a beautiful ocean view. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 communal areas, and a well equipped kitchen. It also has TV/Internet and a mini split. Outside you can enjoy the comfort of a six- person hot tub, a koi pond, and berry picking in the summer and fall. The covered patio allows for all season use. Ideal for families and friends getting together.

The Bird House- 3 bed unique home with Hot tub

This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.
