The house and property are beautiful and very private. The back porch was a great location to watch the sunsets. Also, kitchen now a microwave which was a bonus since previous comments talked about no microwave. Our phones connected to 5G so the fact that there was no a TV or wifi wasn't an issue for us. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The house is about 30-40 minutes (or less) from 3-4 state parks. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great experience. We returned after a stay here last year at one of the cabins. Great experience both times. Due to extreme rain they came and helped us navigate the road into the resort. Super helpful and responsive. Wonderful location!

Everything was exactly as described and as pictured. It was super clean and cozy.

We absolutely loved this place from the moment we pulled in the driveway and walked in! They had a special made sign greeting us, and fresh bags of home grown lavender that one of the hosts grows herself which smelled absolutely amazing! This place was SPOTLESS clean and they even had water bottles in the fridge. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main roads and lots of room for parking. The couch was extra comfy, and we all almost fell asleep on it before we even made it to the very comfortable bed! Having two different bathrooms was definitely accommodating when you have three different guys staying together in a place! Lol. Thank you for such a great experience and such a great day and we look forward to staying with you again sometime!

We really loved our stay here! The limestone wall was pretty neat but definitely gave off an earthy smell. It didn’t bother us but it could someone else so thought I’d mention it. I thought it gave the space character! The included food in our room was amazing. Only thing I would say is we arrived late at night and the words loft threw us a bit as usually I feel like those are above. It was actually below the spa so I think adjusting the title to just mention “Studio” instead of “Loft”. It could turn people off if they’re worried about stairs as it isn’t a true loft space. Well, anyway, enough rambling. It was really a nice, peaceful stay in the heart of wine country! We’ll definitely be back!

Where to begin…from the moment my sister and our spouses selected this house for our meet in the middle of our states visit Brandon was quick to reach out and ensure everything was perfect for our visit! The location is perfect…right on the river and walkable to restaurants, winery, and shops. The house had so many fun extra’s that we really enjoyed! The plethora of games, record player/great albums, foosball, putting green and much more. We stayed up late playing records. Outside was a beautiful deck with a great view of the river, lots of seating and a fire pit with wood/lighter fluid to start a fire quickly. We had the best time just sitting around the fire and enjoying the river and the beautiful evening. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house was super cute/cozy with comfy beds. We loved that we had several choices for dining just a short walk away. The bike trail behind house was great! We love the house, hospitality and town. We will return!

Had a wonderful time in downtown Grafton for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The house is in a great location for walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and more. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere after celebrating her birthday! We will definitely be back!

This place is so charming and so cute. It's private and cozy, but also just a mile from all the sights, restaurants , boutiques in Ste Genevieve. We loved the hot tub and the back porch where we could sit and relax. Kitchen was well-appointed - we did a lot of cooking.
