The Annex is situated in a secluded close with a king size bed and double sofa bed. There is private parking for one vehicle. The Annex has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. The Annex also has a large smart tv, as well as its own WiFi connection. The annex has French doors in the lounge overlooking a well maintained garden. This self contained Annex is perfect for visiting local attractions such as Brands Hatch, London and surrounding areas.

The accommodation is in the Old Black Lion pub parts dating back to the 17th Century. The first floor accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom with shower over the bath and a fully fitted kitchen. The accommodation is accessed via a front door leading to the utility room which leads to a hall way with access to the first floor and old pub bar area.
