A gem in the Sierra Foothills! Enjoy a stay for one or two in our cozy and adorable Downtown Bungalow in Nevada City. The Bungalow is on a quiet street and is just about a 5 minute walk to downtown. The Bungalow has a full kitchen, memory foam queen bed, bathroom with shower, patio and parking. We love creating a special place for all our guests. The Bungalow is a sweet place for a romantic weekend or midweek escape. You'll find ev erything you need at the Bungalow + we leave treats for guests!

Nevada City Ohana: detached suite with shared pool

The Ohana is a newly renovated, beautifully decorated, private, detached guest suite within a 5 min. drive of downtown Nevada City. This 270 sq. ft. studio features a queen bed, air conditioning, gas fireplace, kitchenette, dining nook, private semi enclosed garden, covered carport, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The shared saltwater pool is so refreshing in the summer! Nevada City and Grass Valley are great for shopping and dining, and Tahoe National Forest is practically in our backyard!

Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck.
