L'appartamento si trova nella zona verde di Egna/Neumarkt. A 3 minuti dal Palaghiaccio Würth Arena, dalla piscina, dal centro di Egna, e dall'entrata dell'autostrada A22. A 15 minuti la stazione ferroviaria. Nelle vicinanze si trova l'ingresso della pista ciclabile che lungo l'Adige collega il lago di Garda con l'Austria. Egna che è stata dichiarata uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, si trova a 15 minuti di da Bolzano ed è un punto ideale per escursioni estive e sport sciistici nelle Dolomiti.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
