The Flamingo in Neskowin

Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. Set high above the ocean with views from almost every room the Flamingo is the most delightful spot in town. Enjoy miles of sandy beach just outside your door punctuated with craggy rock croppings for dramatic views or wander through the village to view the historic cottages. The enchanting peace of this small town with 2 restaurants and a grocery store will remain with you long after you depart.

The Loft at Pelican Pointe is located in the quiet community of South Beach, an easy mile walk to the village of Neskowin. It's a private 650 sqft suite above the detached garage of our beach home and provides breathtaking, expansive views of Neskowin Beach and Proposal Rock. A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

What once was the community's bookshop, The Rainy day is just steps from the beach, has an ocean view & is the perfect place to enjoy summer days on the beach or to nestle in on rainy coast evenings. Rainy Day has a fully stocked kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, Marantz Record player, Bluetooth speaker, flat screen TV with access to streaming services. Family friendly; baby-gate and pack&play provided.

Surrounded by ferns, a year-round spring, and Hawk Creek, it’s just a mile from Neskowin beach (outside the tsunami zone)—close enough to hear the waves at night. Private, peaceful, and perfect for a coastal retreat.
