The Flamingo in Neskowin

Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. Set high above the ocean with views from almost every room the Flamingo is the most delightful spot in town. Enjoy miles of sandy beach just outside your door punctuated with craggy rock croppings for dramatic views or wander through the village to view the historic cottages. The enchanting peace of this small town with 2 restaurants and a grocery store will remain with you long after you depart.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Within walking distance to cafe, bistro, store, golf course, ghost forest and Proposal Rock. Be sure to check out Neskowin Farmers Market May thru Sept. 15 mins to Lincoln City & Pacific City. Great hiking trails nearby.

It's a private 650 sqft suite above the detached garage of our beach home and provides breathtaking, expansive views of Neskowin Beach and Proposal Rock. A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

SeaBeast Condo of Neskowin is an oceanfront 3rd floor within Proposal Rock Inn. 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with private balcony located within the small town of Neskowin, OR. Queen bed in the bedroom with private bath, as well as a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It is clean and well-maintained. Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.
