Great condo, beautiful view. Larger than what we thought. The beds were so comfortable! The condo could have used more options on TV for the price paid, but it by no means ruined the trip. They have luggage carts to bring your bags up, and most of the time there was parking available in the garage. A tad inconvenient to have to go down to the garage to get to the pool, but if you don't have kids that want to swim, the hot tub on the deck is good enough! Close to shopping, restaurants and a walk to the beach. Very quiet. An earlier check in would have been nice. For a couple the price is a lot, but split between four friends for a weekend trip, worth it!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

So glad we found this air bnb instead of renting an actual room through the hotel. Definitely will rent this room again.

Almost out of town, which made it very peaceful. Great eateries within a few miles. Try Grumpy's for a great breakfast but if you order the #1 be prepared to eat for a couple days. The pancakes were so big I would have had to start a week earlier to finish them. Loved the place, everything you could need that you might have left at home, was available. I've stayed at five star hotels that weren't this nice. I kept waiting for someone to come say it was time for my massage.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

We had such a great time can’t wait to come again. Everything had all the amenities of home we absolutely loved it.

This is my 3rd time staying here & we absolutely love it. You can’t beat the location and ocean view. The home is very well stocked and extremely comfortable. We will most definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

First thing is the pictures do not do the place justice. it's alot more roomy especially upstairs. plenty of space and bedding. The place was really clean, and very quiet.

We absolutely loved the house. It was very relaxing, close to the beach and the perfect amount of space for 3 generations! We will be back again. Can't say too much about this house...over the top.

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

We really enjoyed the space to spread out or to come together. The neighborhood was very walkable, we loved the easy access to the bay, and the wetland trail was a fun addition for walking the dogs. The backyard makes us want to come back during the summer months to be able to fully enjoy all the house has to offer!

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Loved the cozy motel! It was exactly as described and clean. Not to mention the receptionist and host were very kind. Thank you for hosting us:)

A lovable little getaway spot with lots of places to work and enjoy the scenery. We really appreciate the furniture and desk space and lots of USB power ports all over the unit. A great place to be creative and write and work.

This place was super cute and beautiful we had a great time! I would recommend this place to anybody. We will always look for this when we come back to visit.

We stayed at the Spotted Fish Thanksgiving after a day in Newport. Fun and unique art and decorations. Insanely soft and comfy beds. The host is very communicative and responds promptly. He also asked us about our preferred snacks/drinks - Waterloo and Oreos - before our arrival. Would definitely go back!

It's an older unit, but you have amazing views of the ocean so who's looking around inside? It was pretty hot/stuffy when we arrived and I did not see any air conditioning option. But open the windows and use the fan and it cools down nicely. It's walkable to the downtown, which is a fun collection of shops and restaurants. Even karaoke on Fri and Sat nights. Oh, and a free coffee drink on the host our first morning! Overall, we had a great time.

so cute and cozy and gorgeous view. sea otters in the morning with a gorgeous sunrise. I can't wait to stay again.

Cute little spot for my little family and dog. Unique space, but works great for a quick beach getaway :)
