Α stylish place to stay. The property is located near the center of Chania in the area of the Courts. It is just a 12-minute walk from the Municipal Market of Chania and 8 minutes from the Courts Square. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a quiet and peaceful holiday option in the center of Chania and for those looking for an authentic hospitality environment since it used to be my personal residence. My goal was to maintain the feeling of a "homey" atmosphere and not another boring Airbnb

Add to this the workspace, the 100 mbps wifi, the private parking, the fireplace, while being 15 minutes drive from Chania airport, 7 minutes from Chania center and 1 minute from the national road makes it a great choice all year round to rest, work from distance and explore Chania.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο εξωτερικό τζακούζι . Το studio διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 Serta και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης .

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.
