Probably the most wanted apartment unit to stay in the whole area. It’s spacious veranda offers a spectacular view of the Aegean and the adjucent island of Skiathos. When “Maestros” or northwestern wind blows and clears the haze, one can see as far as the island of Evia and as west as the mainland of Greece and mount Olympus. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children.

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.

Ο 110 τμ ηλιόλουστος χώρος μου είναι στον οικισμό Νέο Κλήμα - Έλιος 19 χμ από την χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 9χμ από το λιμάνι της Γλώσσας. Απέχει 80μ από παραλία με υπέροχη θέα, Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πάρκα, μαρίνα, εστιατόρια, μινι μαρκετ, καφετερια,. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.
