Beautiful studio with view

Α fully equipped studio by the central road from Loutraki to Skopelos Town with beautiful view at the sea. The studio is located at the entrance of Glossa Village. It is 3km far from loutraki port where there is frequent connection with Skiathos and Alonnisos islands, Volos city and Mantoudi (connection with Athens). The bus stop is 150 meters from the house and there is also a parking. Inside Glossa village there are plenty of places to eat, have a coffee and do shopping.

Philoxenia Apartment ( 85 sq.m.),features an open plan living space with French doors, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Fully air conditioned with a washing machine, free Wifi, flatscreen TV/DVD player. The large balconies facing south and west provide huge sea views and are fitted with a dining table and chairs, comfortable chairs and sun blinds providing shade. From the balcony and the lane below you look directly over the pretty little harbour of Loutraki.

Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με άνεση 4 άτομα. Στο μπροστινό μέρος του διαμερίσματος υπάρχει μια μεγάλη κουζίνα και το καθιστικό που είναι εξοπλισμένο με τραπεζαρία, γωνιακό καναπέ, τζάκι, τηλεόραση και τη θέα της Σκοπέλου.

Dia Holiday Maisonette with a Seaview in Skopelos

Probably the most wanted apartment unit to stay in the whole area. It’s spacious veranda offers a spectacular view of the Aegean and the adjucent island of Skiathos. When “Maestros” or northwestern wind blows and clears the haze, one can see as far as the island of Evia and as west as the mainland of Greece and mount Olympus. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children.

ΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ (Angelos) Apartments

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.

Lalaros Apartment

Διαμέρισμα 40 τ.μ. δύο υπνοδωματίων. Το κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τρίτο όροφο και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο με σκάλα. Μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι 60 τ.μ. με Barbeque. Μοναδική θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Το διαμέρισμα έχει επίσης κουζίνα και μπάνιο.
