The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.

With this listing, you’ll get the whole house which includes four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and locking door. Three of the rooms have 1 queen bed and one room has 2 queen beds. There’s free parking behind the house.
