Scenic Working Farm & Barn Retreat. ELM House WEST

The ELM House is a unique modern Barn dominion sitting on scenic 200 acres of cattle working farm. You'll enjoy a peaceful stay viewing the beautiful countryside from your room or hike on the farm. Breakfast is available if desired. A spacious interior with antique poplar rafters, doors, and a beautiful 1880 staircase create a rustic, high-quality experience. A historic horse barn and a tobacco barn are to be explored. Horses can be greeted at the barn. The host's Artisan woodwork is available.

Giant Sunflower — in our old (1871) Kentucky home

Our Giant Sunflower room is the largest room located on the 2nd floor. It overlooks the original formal entry of the home. A grand sugar maple over 150 years old greets you as you look to the north. This bright room offers a comfy couch, a reading chair and a king-sized bed with luxurious organic cotton sheets. The private hall bathroom with a large tub and shower just outside your room. Cotton robes and slippers await as well as a delicious continental breakfast when you decide to rise & shine.

Mom's House

Welcome to this lovely well-kept home in the country with a small lake and a large yard! Relax on the deck, sit by the lake, watch the sun rise over the hill in a place that feels like home. Near the Bourbon Trail! 5 mins to KY Railway Museum. 10 mins to Log Still Distillery & The Amp, and Lincoln's Boyhood home. 20 mins to Bardstown, Hodgenville, 25 mins to E'Town. 40 miles to Churchill Downs. The house is well stocked with everything you may need including breakfast items! Plenty of parking.

Line Lake House- game room & 3 acre lake included!

Bring the whole family to this private country getaway. With 2500 sq ft of living space and 7 total acres you’ll have plenty of space to explore! Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.

Miles of trails used for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding or dirt bikes; Go fishing in the pond or sit a spell on the dock. Hammocks, tents, sleeping bags- all available for rent. Cheap. Derby 2 BDRM 1 BTH Basement

Private access to the entire basement. It has 2 bdrms and 1 bthrm. There is a mini fridge and microwave. Free WiFi, TV in both bdrms and the living area with HULU, Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, Amzn Prime. PoolTable, Electric Fireplace, office w/computer, treadmill and elliptical and a fully stocked kids playroom. House sits on a 12 acre farm with a stocked pond for fishing, Hot tub, inground pool, sand volleyball court, firepit, covered patio, several seating areas and an outdoor bar.

Tucked away, a gated private driveway brings you in amongst a hardwood canopy; relax at this retreat style getaway, where the only noise you hear are the bullfrogs or the whiney from our horses. Hike one of our 4 main trail systems. Take a bourbon tour, train ride or go kayaking in nearby New Haven. The Elizabethtown sports complex, Bardstown "Americas most beautiful hometown" and the Log Still Amp at Dant's, are all only a 15 minute drive. We review every request to stay personally.

Hike the trails, pet the horses, play disc golf, plan a kayaking trip on Rolling Fork River, 5 miles away, lounge in a hammock by the fire, or take a nap! Derby Special Lodge With Churchill Downs Parking

Looking for a large place for DERBY? This will meet your needs. We are approx 40 miles from Churchill Downs. We will also provide a free parking spot across from the Downs. You will love sitting on any 3 of our decks, watching the sunrise or sunset over the Awesome view of the lake. You can also go to the dock and rent a boat. Enjoy sitting out at the fire pit in the evening. There are 6 BRS. Also 2 sleeper sofas. We have 2 full kitchens. The whole lodge is 7500 sq. ft.

61 acres of privacy and peace of mind in a newly built (2023) chalet style cabin. Fully stocked private 3 acre lake, large open family room and kitchen. We are on the Bourbon Trail, approximately 20 minutes from Bardstown and all the major distilleries-35 miles from Keeneland, and 25 miles from Wild Turkey. Located 2 miles from Taylorsville lake and 4 miles from the Bluegrass Parkway. Can sleep two extra guest on couches, for a total of 8 guest.
