Ann’s place is the best place that I stayed in Sri Lanka near the airport area. They were kind enough to wait for me in the early morning to get the check in process going on very quickly and smoothly. They had plenty of filtered water available in the living area and nice fridge to keep my items fresh. They prepared a nice dinner meal for me in a short time notice and it was a fantastic meal. I offered to pay for the meal but they refused to accept it. Most probably that maybe the part of their hospitality. I highly recommend Anne’s place for anyone who wants to take some rest after their long journey from any far away continent that might be. Air conditioning system worked very well as it was described in their Airbnb description section. In short what I can say is “ Nice couple Anne and her husband, treated me very well as my mother treated me”

El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Increíble, muy limpio y cómodo. Nishendri es muy amable y atenta, respondía rápido a los mensajes y facilitó mucho nuestra estancia en Colombo. Muy recomendado.

The property is conveniently located just few steps from Nawala Road. Lots of dining options around . The decent size air conditioned bed room and two toilets , can park a car . Kitchen is fully equipped. Large roof top space suitable for bbq or party. Over all good place .

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

Definitely a recommended place to stay. The apartment (more private than the other apartment) has all necessary amenities, plus a few fine touches, like beautiful art on the walls, incense sticks and cones, and mosquito coils. Unfortunately, in this part of Colombo, there are mosquitos. The building is old in a good way, for instance the window fittings are beautiful and very practical compared with their modern equivalents. The shower is probably the best shower I have encountered in this part of the world. Very easy to operate (definitely not always the case), and hot water arrives immediately. I met Channa, the owner, on arrival, and he is an immediately likeable person, who will leave you in peace, but if you need advice or information he will assist without hesitation. Nothing is ever perfect, but if you want to stay in a place that is quite a bit different from the mainstream (with a sweet cat and dog thrown in for good measure!), this is the place.

Very comfortable. Noise from construction in the area. A problem during the day not at night. Barking dog in the neighbourhood. Seemed to stop late at night. High vehicular traffic.

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Mahinda und Kithmal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sind sympathische und angenehme Gastgeber, die stets bemüht waren, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Vorab konnten wir das Haus sogar mit einem Verwandten besichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – sehr zentral. Wir konnten problemlos mit Uber oder Pick Me Fahrzeuge für verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus organisieren. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Das Haus war gut gepflegt: Die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, und auch die Handtücher lagen bereit. Besonders hilfreich war das Moskitonetz, das in den Schlafzimmern angebracht war, um uns in den heißen Nächten vor Mücken zu schützen. Darüber hinaus gab es Seifenspender und Toilettenutensilien, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Auch die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren äußerst nützlich und sorgten

Roni is such a friendly host! I really enjoy staying at her place. I stayed there twice already and I always felt like home, definitely will stay again when back in Colombo.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

A fantabulous stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. Will definitely be returning. The fully-equipped open kitchen is a culinary dream – every appliance and utility you could imagine was right at your fingertips The overall cleanliness and organization were simply top-notch. As a bonus, the gym access was a major plus : the equipment was well-maintained. An Absolute Gem.

The place was exactly like how it was shown in the pictures , extremely safe and peaceful . The luxury and the helpful host security guards made the stay easy and we felt just like at home

Great views of the ocean and it’s a nice cozy apartment with decent amenities! The host Susan, is always responsive.

Nidaal’s place is in the center of Colombo, it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see by short Tuk Tuk rides! The place is very up high and you have great view over the city. The check is process is a bit complicated, but Nidaal explained everything well! The beds are comfortable, the air condition works perfectly! Nidaal is a very communicative host, she answers quickly and has a lot of tips!

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It’s clean, modern, and very well equipped with everything you need. The two bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for our group. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals at home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

Impeccable Stay – Beyond Expectations I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail in this apartment. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared — from the ice cubes in the freezer and fresh drinking water to the soap neatly arranged in the bathrooms. Pushpa’s place is well presented and lovely to stay in. The apartment has everything you may need and is perfectly situated close to the airport for your first night/last night in Sri Lanka.
