Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Evcil hayvanlar için uygundur. Bahçe tamamen sizlere aittir. Sabah kahvenizi yudumlayabileceğiniz veya akşamları keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz oturma alanları mevcuttur. Bahçede, kış aylarında ateş kovasında ateş yakabilirsiniz. Kış aylarında ise yerden ısıtma sistemi ile konforlu şekilde ısınmaktadır.

Cumbalı taş evimiz 55 m2 kapalı alan 100 m2'den fazla kendine ait bahçesi ve ilave olarak da ortak kullanılan otopark ve meyve sebze bahçesi ile özellikle iki kişi ya da küçük ailelerin rahatça konaklayabilmesi için tasarlanmıştır. Gün boyu evimizin hemen hemen her yerinden Ege denizi manzarasının keyfini sürebilir; açık hava mutfağımızda bahçeden topladığınız sebzelerle hazırladığınız salata ve mangal eşliğinde ağaçlar altında enfes manzara ile akşam yemeğinin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

Zeytinlik içerisinde yer alan, şebekeye tamamen kapalı (off grid) bir evdir. Enerjisini güneşten, suyunu yağmurdan alır. Bahar aylarında bahçe tamamen kır çiçekleriyle kaplı olur. Bahçenin üst kotlarında ve evin önündeki terasta, bir tarafta muhteşem Midilli manzarası, diğer tarafta dağ ve vadi manzarası vardır. Gün içinde uzun doğa yürüyüşleri yapabilirsiniz, 5dk yürüme mesafesinde denize girebilirsiniz. Kuş sesleri dışında ses duymadığınız bir evde uyanmanın keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

Ayvacık Sazlı köyünde olan, taş evimizin restorasyonu 8 yıl önce tamamlandı. Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.
