Backyard w/ Fire pit & seating for 6. 3 bedrooms w/ queen bed in each, 2 baths (whirlpool in Hall). Cottage backs up to the river and guest may use walkway to downtown area. The house includes xfinity wifi, Hulu, Disney +, Netflix and fire-stick TVs in living room & all bedrooms. W/in walking distance to restaurants.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment on Broad Street in downtown Rome! Sleeps 4 comfortable. Price is for 2 then $25 per night per person up to 5. There's a comfy sectional and a well-stocked kitchen. Location is near bars, restaurants, Berry College, Shorter College, Darlington, and tennis center. There is a Massage Spa located in the building downstairs and I can help schedule for a massage or facial. We also do couples massages. Just let me know if you would like me to handle that for you.
