Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Just a few feet away from the main quad lift in the Purgatory Ski Resort! Two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom!) Take the elevator down to the quaint cobblestone plaza where you can load up your mountain bike on the main quad lift. While you are there, buy a steaming cup of coffee, pizza, burgers, whiskey, etc. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub just one floor above our condo! USE MY PRIVATE SKI LOCKER!
