Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Bedroom 2 &3 both have queen beds and share a jack and Jill bathroom. The Game room has a shuffleboard table, Connect four and many other games. 76’X14’ covered patio with mission lights and a propane BBQ. The launch is use at your own risk. The beach is shared with 3 other homes on the back lots.
