It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Enjoy unlimited views of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian monuments in my air-conditioned 93 m² top-floor apartment. Located in a secure building with 24/7 concierge service, it offers luxury and security. No visitors, except tenants, will be allowed. A verification may occur for each entry. Close to the Invalides and Montparnasse, the apartment is bathed in light. You will find: two bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

Located on the ground floor (easy acces), the appartement is composed by a full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with a confortable and qualitative new sofa bed, a dining area, a separated room with quality bedding (150 cm), a bathroom with washer and dryer machine, many closets.
