An exclusive Penthouse (8th Floor) 110 sqm apartment with a huge 170 sqm veranda overlooking the sea of Saronikos Gulf, in front of Flisvos beach, giving total sense of privacy. Bright and Relaxing Studio, on 6th floor, fully renovated in 2022 with a big private terrace area, in a safe and beautiful neighboorhood, 5 minutes away from Nea Smyrni Square on foot.There you can find many coffeteries, bars, restaurants and suvlaki.There is tram (Megalou Alexandrou) and a bus station (on Syggrou) about a 5 minute walk which can take you to the beach or the centre of Athens (around 15 minutes).You can also visit the Nea Smyrni grove, less than 10 minutes away on foot.

A modern and bright apartment 50 sq.m. on top floor (6th, located in Nea Smirni, a quiet and safe suburb of Athens, 15 minutes by tram close both to the historic center and to the beach. It has a living room all the amenities you will need and a bedroom with a double bed (very good quality mattress) . Both rooms have balconies with great sea view. There is an open kitchen fully equipped (fridge, electric stove, oven, drinkable water), an entrance hall and a safety door.
