Α beautiful summer house with private swimming pool and garden aria very close to the beach. It offers stylish decoration, relaxing atmosphere, anatomic mattresses and its ideal for long stays. The house(120 sq.m) has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It consists of a ground floor and a bright semibasement with normal size windows. On the 1rst floor is another apartment how have different entrance from the back side of the building and dont have access to your private facilities.

Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
