Historical Downtown Wilmington 10 min drive or one of the many beaches only a 25-35 min drive away. Compass Pointe 5 miles from the house. Disc Golf Course 5 min. walk from the house.

Enjoy the entire 2nd floor to yourself! - Semi-private entrance - Free parking - 12-minute ride downtown - Quiet neighborhood - Includes furnished bedroom, living area, bathroom, and two closets. Living area includes kitchen essentials (microwave, fridge, & coffee). I also have a memory foam folding mattress if you need additional space!
