Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

CasaDelViento - Nature Retreat

Special hideout completely surrounded by nature! Spectacular views of the SanMamede nature reserve, Park Tajo International and zona ZEPA del RioSever. The house is a fantastic base to visit the ancient cities of LaRaya Luso, marvel at the authentic Spanish and Portugese folklore, hike trough the surrounding wilderness and numerous megalithic remains and menhirs. And not last, also to just relax and enjoy the scenery with and birds flying over while having a local wine and some tapas. Welcome!

Tapada da Raia

Tapada da Raia has 35 acres of land, in the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede (being the last Portuguese house, because it is bordered to Spain). For years it served as an anti-stress refuge for the family, who today decided to open the doors for those who want to spend relaxing days in the nature. The rustic-style house features the necessary amenities for an invigorating holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where even time seems to take longer to pass. Hope you like it!

Somos Javier y Juanjo y tenemos una vivienda unifamiliar en una parcela de 1000 m. en Sierra de Fuentes, con zonas de césped y piscina privada. La casa está dividida en dos plantas completamente independientes separadas por una escalera exterior que da acceso a vuestro alojamiento y la piscina. El acceso a la parcela y las zonas exteriores son compartidas, y estaremos encantados de teneros tan cerca, pero al mismo tiempo, con toda la intimidad de estar en plantas distintas e independientes

Refúgio campestre para famílias

Casa das Pedras is the starting point for paths that explore the history and charms of Northern Alentejo. Located in the Serra de São Mamede National Park, it is just a few minutes from Marvão and Castelo de Vide. Casa das Pedras is over 200 years old and was restored by us. It is a Quinta where you can relax under 100 olive trees, cork oaks and fruit trees. It can accommodate 6 people with all the comfort of country life. Let yourself be absorbed by this environment.

Acolhedora casa de campo, inserida num sereno e natural monte Alentejano com cerca de 4 hectares. No coração do Parque Natural da Serra de S.Mamede, está rodeado de uma grande variedade de flora autóctone, como Sobreiros, Oliveiras, Carvalhos ou árvores de fruto. Atravessado pelo rio Sever e uma ribeira que convida a banhos refrescantes pelas suas inúmeras quedas de água. Dispõe ainda de duas verdadeiras piscinas naturais, antigos tanques de rega reaproveitados.

Dada de alta en Turismo y con licencia de la Junta de Extremadura AT-CC-0080 / La superficie de la casa consta de 80 m2 distribuidos en dos plantas. Está decorada en tonos lavanda y en sus paredes cuelgan antiguas herramientas de campo que se encontraron en la cuadra de ganado que  fue en el pasado. Espaciosa, rústica y con un encanto especial. Complete house with pool near Trujillo

Spacious and bright house for rent complete with a private outdoor area, swimming pool, parking, and covered porch with barbecue. Very close to Trujillo, Cáceres, and Mérida, it offers all the amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, forced air ventilation, and is fully equipped.) It is also a passive house, for maximum comfort and accessibility. Energy comes from solar panels and there is a well for irrigation and filling the pool.

Stairway to the Castle

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

Uma casa lindíssima do século xv situada no poente de Monsanto com vistas espetaculares.Muito sossego e calma. Design arriscado com penedos enormes à vista, decorada com objectos antigos de Monsanto. Tentaremos manter uma ligação com os hóspedes em termos de máxima hospitalidade mas com respeito pela privacidade. É servido um pequeno almoço frugal incluído no preço.

The Barn @ Vale de Carvao

The Barn is in the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, near the Rio Sever, in some of the most unspoiled countryside in Portugal. It feels a long way off the beaten track and is a beautifully rustic, quiet and comfortable place to relax and unwind.
