Piso en el centro de Logroño. En calle Laurel.

The apartment is right next to Calle Laurel, and below there are some bars and restaurants, so don’t expect it to be very quiet in the evening before around midnight. The space is very big, and well equipped, and it’s handy having 3 bathrooms. David sent lots of local information which was great and there is free parking close by, but it does get busy. Can’t beat the location for walking to everything you need, we loved it. Thanks David!

Estuvimos a gusto. La comunicación para la llegada y la salida muy buena. Estaba muy limpio Hay secador y plancha. Lo único malo es que es sin ascensor y el baño está en la planta superior del duplex. El sofá no es ninguna maravilla. Estuvimos a gusto, era lo que buscábamos, un piso sencillo pero bien situado

Alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, anfitrión super atento y amable, te hace la llegada muy fácil y cómoda, gracias Florencio! La estáncia a sido de 10, apartamento muy agradable y acogedor, en nuestro caso fueron dos noches donde nos hemos sentido cómo en casa. Recomendable 100% y muy cercano a Logroño o a cualquier bodega si vuestra escapada es visitar La Rioja que fue nuestro objetivo, zona muy tranquila para descansar.

El apartamento está súper limpio y está genial. Súper bien ubicado. A pesar de estar céntrico, no se oye ruido y se descansa genial. Por poner una pega, el proceso de check in es un poco lío porque el punto de check in pilla a desmano. Repetiría.

Jose met us at the location, helped bring the bags up, responded to any questions we had quickly and gave recommendations. He didn’t seem bothered our arrival time changed and was quite cheery telling us about all we needed to know. He even checked in during the power outage to make sure all was okay. The apartment is close to more than can be done or tried in a few days. Perfect space for us to explore a little bit for a few days.

buena comunicación con Enrique, al final me dieron otro departamento mucho mejor que el que separe, supieron dar solución a un inconveniente desde un principio, sin que eso nos perjudique. El departamento estaba muy bonito y se podía notar la buena disposición de Enrique.

Atención muy buena, siempre pendientes. El alojamiento súper limpio, con muchos detalles. Y súper completo. No nos faltaba detalle. Y un gran detalle de que nos facilitaron una cuna nueva para nuestro bebé. Repetiremos si volvemos a ir.

Upon arrival, a very cozy, comfortable apartment with many pleasant and thoughtful little details awaited us. The kitchen is equipped with a set of dishes in good condition. The bed is large and comfortable. The shower was big. An apartment has good internet and a large garage with a small nuance regarding garage: there is a fairly high slope, you can get caught on the bottom (Victoria warns about it). The apartment was very clean. Victoria left a welcome treat and suggested interesting places in the city. Communication is possible not only in Spanish, but also in English, which is very convenient. The apartment can get hot, but there is a fan that can help solve the problem. Not far from the apartment there is a church and bells ring in it constantly. This wasn't a problem for us, but it's worth considering. To solve this problem, there are earplugs in the apartment. Overall, we really liked the apartment and had a good time: it was very cozy and comfortable!

Modern apartment in the center of Logroño

El piso ofrece cuanto un grupo de personas pueda necesitar. Fuimos 7 amigas y la estancia ha sido de lo más agradable. Todo muy limpio, tres cuartos de aseo, colchones y almohadas comodísimos. A unos 15 minutos andando tranquilamente hasta el centro. Totalmente recomendable.

El alojamiento respondía con creces al anuncio. Limpio, amplio, con una cocina "de verdad", no como otras, y utensilios de cocina nuevos y abundantes. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y el agua caliente con presión. Las camas muy cómodas y los edredones calentitos Lo único malo, aparcar en semana Santa, difícil y lejos. Hay parking de pago cerca, pero para varios días es caro. Hay un Alcampo a 3 min abierto 365 días hasta la 1 de la mañana.

El alojamiento es hipercómodo y muy amplio. Está muy bien ubicado, cerquísima del centro. Nosotros hemos estado muy agusto y además Rosa ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros y de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. nos ha encantado!
