Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale. L’appartamento dispone di zona giorno con divano letto e smart tv, un angolo cottura attrezzato con frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno (forno a micronde su richiesta), tavolo da pranzo, balcone rivolto a sud con vista panoramica, camera matrimoniale, soppalco con letto matrimoniale e bagno con ampia doccia walk in e vasca idromassaggio.

In der Mühle

Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
